Larry was extremely professional throughout the entire process - from the initial conversation about the project to dealing with vendors to the final house closing he advised with the objective of improving the marketability of the property. 

When I initially brought the project to Larry, he analyzed the situation using his market knowledge and real estate experience.  He provided sound consultative advice, was organized in his research and then presented me with a defined process to move forward. 

Larry always acted in my best interest throughout the renovation process.  I never had to worry if money was being spent needlessly, as he spent the remodeling budget like it was his own.  He never took the first estimate and sought out multiple quotes for each service and materials purchase. 

Every Monday morning, I received a weekly progress report with pictures of the work from the previous week and commentary on actual vs. budget items. 

In evaluating whether or not to renovate my father’s home, I was initially presented with a pretty dim outlook.  The house was in horrible disrepair.  It still is amazing to think about how much of an improvement Larry was able to make with the house.  Larry and his team took the project from demolition of the entire interior of the house to a product that sold for $15K over asking price.  Instead of selling a dilapidated house to a wholesaler, we sold the house for over $115K the wholesale price.  In just 24 hours after listing the house, we received over 14 offers and accepted an “all-cash” offer. 

I was living overseas during the entire renovation project and was unable to travel back to the U.S. due to COVID.  However, Larry made the entire process easy for me and removed all the stress from the situation.  Very little involvement was required of me, and Larry did all of the heavy lifting.

In the end, we are making some money from this house — I never dreamed we would when we learned that there was a $60,000+ mortgage to be be paid off.
